    Title: Camarones De Ajo
    Categories: Mexican, Seafood
    Yield: 1 Batch

    2 tb Olive oil
    1 lb Medium shrimp; peeled
    2 tb Butter
    1 Lime; quartered
    10 cl Garlic; minced
    Salt & pepper; to taste

    Mix oil and butter in a medium skillet, add garlic, shrimp, salt, and
    pepper. Saute for about 4 minutes; then turn and simmer another 3
    minutes.
