They are getting due process... The court they go through in an Immigration court and they see an Immigration Judge.

He went in front of a judge in 2019. The judge ruled to "Withold removal"!

ICE ignored this order and deported him anyway.. How is this due process?!

It is a clever way to claim that the defendent got their due process
while the current authorities totally disregard the results of that due process.

It is also a fantasy-land response that ignores that allowing
authorities to ignore due process, court orders, etc., means that it
can also happen to any of us.

    Warning - double ingorance.

In your opinion, and of course this is only my opinion. Apparently your
opinion of grave circumstances takes precedence. We all have our
    'feelings'.

Over time you will realize there are a lot of folks on fidonet that
seems to understand the danger of setting bad legal precident, but only
so long as it doesn't apply to something that someone they voted for is trying to do.

    Over time...

If you try to apply it to "their" leader, they either cannot or refuse
    to comprehend the potential fallout.

I like how you explain it as "their" leader. Everyone's an armchair lawyer
and a soothsayer to boot ~ since he's not "your" leader...

As an aside, those same folks will also have grave comprehension
issues when it comes to understanding why parts of the Constitution are worded to protect "people" while others are specific to "citizens." To them, "people" only are people if they are "citizens."

For example, as a citizen, it will never occur to them that they might
one day need to depend on their right to due process in order to be
able to prove they are a citizen. They believe their word will protect them.

That belief, of course, will change should the person they voted for
not be the one that takes office. Then they will spend the next 4 or
so years contradicting whatever they said/claimed during the previous 4
    or so years.

I find it funny that you mention this last bit, since it appears to apply
to you and your way of thinking. You are self describing, as it were...

    But you don't realize it.

    Have a great day!

He already had his due process since there was already a warrant out for his
deporation. But I see the Ignorant Elitists keep ignoring facts that counter
    their false Narrative.

The only person who seems to be ignoring facts, are the ones blindly following and chanting MAGA.

As opposed to the ones chanting 'death to America'? You seem to have TDS.
You start slavering whenever Trump is mentioned. Spittle starts flying and

A deportation warrant or notice is only the FIRST step in the process

And you (and the judge, it seems) also ignore the fact that he was an illegal alien, therefore not entitled to **any** protection under our laws.

Wrong. The 5th and 14th do not use the word "citizen" but the word
"person." Due process is what, in this case, would allow a "person" to
prove their status. James Madison worded the 5th very carefully.

And yet, instead of incarcerating him in the states, or at Gitmo, they sent him where?

HINT: they sent him to the country they were told not to send him, which
    means the order was ignored.

Maybe you need to grab a dictionary and look up the definition of "ignored"?

I see you cut out the part where you contradicted yourself, Al... I mean,
    Joe.

No I don't need a dictionary... He is MS13. He took advantage of the females he trafficked he also took advantage of the young girls her trafficked... He also trafficked people vulnerable... Its alleged that he murdered the mother o
a gang member... and he beat his wife and she was fearful of her life.

It doesn't matter what he did. If he did these things, he needs his day in court to be held accountable for them... persons are not determined guity
in this country without a trial....

I say don't worry about this guy... He had his day in court...

Only because enough people worried about his (and their) rights that the administration was forced to go back on their word and *bring him back*.

I think Maryland Dad was/is being deported based on the Prior Deportation orders. Supreme Cort gave the go ahead to deport to 3rd countries. So... He's gone, or going, to some other location.

I personally think you guys should focus on these types of people... Please keep it up!!!

BTW, Maryland Dad was not being deported because of the recent Human Trafficking allegation... He had an order to be deported from a few years back. He had his day in court already, and it was appealed and the Appellate Court upheld this order.

I would give a suggestion to speak about the nice Illegals and let Trump get rid of the convicted criminals who have deportation orders already.

But not the Left... They are out fighting for the Illegal who impregnated a physically and mentally challenged person.

Pedro, the poor bastard cutting your lawn for 5 bucks needs you guys to help him... But no... You out fighting for the worst of the worst.
